What is the best way to remove this clamp? Which tool should I buy?

The yellow filter is the one that came w/the pump, it won't fit inside the canister properly. The stock one is attached to the fuel pump for the photo. I'm thinking I'll just grab a new one and use a factory one with the pump.

I'm assuming the tan is the positive wire for the fuel pump set-ups.

The original fuel pump should have small markings on it saying + and -

Also, you can just use diagonal cutters/wire cutters for the clamp and just use a hose clamp to replace it.

Just cut off that clamp. It's a one time use clamp pretty much. Just get a worm gear clamp. Or u can buy another one of those clamps and the tool to clamp them with. It the same tool for axel boot clamps
