Glowshift

I just got and installed a triple pod and gauges from glowshift on my 2005 lsj. I just wanted to say anyone who is thinking about getting them, go for it. I also wanted to say the glowshift company treated me well. I think we should have more product reviews on the net!

I got boost, volt, and air to fuel. Got the optional wiring kit for like $7 extra well worth it. The only thing I don't have that I thought I was getting was a wideband bung. but no big deal. They look SICKKKKK

Here is a link to the pod
Universal Triple Gauge Single Din Radio Face Pod
I had to modify it a bit to make it fit behind the double din face plate
if you look from the side you can see where I trim some metal off to make it fit

I'd sell the wideband you got with it and get a real wideband, unless you just want it there for piece of mind and arent tuning with it.

ok I have to ask why you are hating on geting a tune with it? I was tuned with my glowshift wideband and I have had zero problems

Who knows if that sensor actually reads even close? And to top it off if you ever have issues with getting bad readings the companies first response is clean the sensor with brake fluid, which will pretty much ruin the sensor but make it give somewhat reasonable looking readings for a little while that are actually junk.

Putting boost, volt, and water temp in a car that already has them seems to be unnecessary.

if your refering to mine the water temp was for the heat exchanger but now it is an oil pressure gauge :P and I put the wideband where the boost gauge normaly goes and I got a glowshift boost gauge so it would match with the others
but yeah I already knew glowshift offered a complete piller replacement for our cars its just not my style and in my experiance if a cop pulls you over they see that and automaticly think your a street racer

DDMWorks Performance Products it's on that site for like 80 bucks. Look under the sky.

There is an even better one for like 200 bucks, I remember seeing a link to it on a forum on here a good while back.

Better then the ricer volt gauge lol
