Thanks C7, as you can see im not in a very good working mood today. My conditions where very humid and about 10 celcius (whatever that is in ferenhite.. dont know how to spell that word). I couldnt dyno before the kit was installed because the place was booked. This IS with the stage 2 from GM and no other mods included. All in all im happy with the car but not with the gains... We did about 10 pulls in fourth and they all did pretty much better then the 3rd gear pulls. I braught the car up to 7064rpm but the gains wernt as high as this one. Enjoy... or not.

THANKS ROB!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, my mods are in my sig!

EDIT: This was a 3rd gear pull and it is still way rich, so it STILL needs some tuning to get maximum gains.
how do you only have 140 tq at 3500 rpms... your hp/tq lines look like they should be switched

Weird because he took me for a ride in his car and It was pretty f*cking FAST!! Judging by the feel of my old 1Gen turbo Eclipse with 300hp / 20 PSI
his 16-17 PSI felt very close in power.
Maybe its the dyno some dyno's register more power then others... One thing is for sure my stock SS/SC is night and day difference with his...
My turn to get the stage 2.

Good to know the real numbers. I plan on throwing my dyno chart up here in a couple weeks so we can all compare. I think I found a dyno-jet about an hour away from me. Just waiting for his phone call. Thanks for the chart.

Nice numbers TheToolmaker! Grats! Nice to see some good numbers for Stg 2.

As for BLKSS's dyno; don't Mustang dyno's read lower than other dyno's? Not too sure though. Find a stock SS/SC and have a run with one. If you can't find one, I'll be in Ottawa probably next weekend and would meet up with ya for a comparison.

You are reading it wrong. The torque curve is initially on top, then at about 5600 the HP curve goes above the torque curve. At 3500 he is making about 205 lb-ft.

You really can't be too unhappy because you don't have stock numbers on that dyno. Most people on a mustang dyno have seen lower numbers than the dynojets, its just the way it is.

I may just do that...I want to find out before I do any upgrades!! How much did they charge you at KVR?

Also I called Belisle Chev and guess what 1064$ for stage 2 and 235$ for install they took off 200$ right away from the quoted 1264$ for the stage 2 because I told them I could get it from the U.S for 637$. I didnt buy it I just wanted to see how much of a deal i could get!!

well sense i've driven a stage 1 cobalt all i can say is if it fells good it feels good. I think i remember you saying you got your base dyno run there too? i would say have another cobalt dyno there also than compare. than run the guy from a roll at 30 to see whos car will grunt into a power band easier/quicker no need to go past 70 to see how the cars pulling since you have the increased limiter the second the non staged cobalt has to shift or even before that the difference should make it self known. i use my friends cars as bench marks in the same way since i can't afford to run to a dyno every time i throw on a new mod. Good lucky and don't worry i think your cars fine if the 7k limiter is there everythings good reset the computer maybe and drive the car like you stole it it'll come around.

I wouldnt be too worried about the #'s people who have taken the stage kit to the track have had trap speeds in the 105 range ..which is a great indication of the gains

I was just about to post that, for example a mustang dyno of a STI is around 200-210whp, on a dynojet, it is 240-250 so you are right there

NICE TO SEE FINALLY SOME HARD NUMBERS!

248hp with stg 2 and a CAI, NICE!

about 270-280FWHP!
