Unhappy 2006 Cobalt Ss Supercharged

I have a 06 cobalt ss with the supercharged lsj I replaced cam and crank sensor and made sure the lines where aligned up with #4 in top dead center I changed spark plugs and I am getting a p0017 code saying crank and cam correlation the car just cranks and cranks before it starts but there are a few times it fires right up I pulled the cover and the chain seems tight and inline. Does anyone have a idea what could be my problem or what I can try next? Thanks, jeff

Put the car in TDC Compression number 4 and align the cam sensor as shown and install it.

I did that last week and then did it again yesterday and it doesn’t help I reconnected the battery cleared the code and tryed to start it it cranked and cranked before finally firing and the light came back in for p0017 dealership said it’s the timing chain but to me if it was the timing chain the car would run like crap not just be hard to start
