GMPP performance exhaust is toast

I bought my SS/SC brand new in 2006, yesterday she rolled over 70k... the GMPP performance exhaust is toast. No leaks but the inners are gone and the car has gotten progressively louder, almost sounds like an open exhaust with a straight pipe.
If I remember correctly Borla made the GMPP exhaust for Chevrolet and there were 2 versions???Is that true???
I was looking for an NOS replacement for the system, as the custom tune that I have is for STAGE 1 w/ all the other mods & I do not want to affect the custom tune.
Any leads on an GMPP exhaust system? I see Borla still has an exhaust for the car, I will be calling them Monday and see what they say.

GMPP did in fact make a Touring & Sport version. Only difference was the rear muffler - the Touring version had a bigger diameter muffler. The Sport version had a smaller diameter muffler (about the same size as the resonator).

i thought it was Corsa that made the gmpp exhaust systems.

if the piping is in good shape you could just have the muffler and resonator replaced. most exhaust kits are made with off the shelf mufflers from that company, if you take some measurements of the muffler and resonator you should be able to figure out what components they used and just buy those and have a muffler shop weld them in for you. this could save you considerable money over replacing the entire exhaust system.

i wouldnt worry about changing the exhaust affecting the tune too much, providing your not going back to a stock system.

Sharkey's suggestion is probably the way to do it to save money and keep the original characteristics but if you decide to replace the whole exhaust system I am a big fan os ZZP's catted, resonated, muffled exhaust system as far as how it sounds.

Changing the exhaust shouldnt affect the tune as long as its generally the same size.

Corsa did the touring and sport. I had the touring. It sounded amazing and held up pretty good too.
