First off, do you know that the entire motor needs replaced?

Second, what goals are you looking for from the new build?

Oh, hydrolocked....... Well can you or someone you know do a teardown on it? Buddy of mine sucked up water on his Neon, we pulled it apart and he was lucky enough not to damage the cylinder walls. We just replaced the crank, bearings, rods and pistons and it runs like, well I wouldnt say champ cause its a neon but you get the picture.

Well the motor isn't locked up. The pistons still go up and down etc. But I have terrible compression on all the cylinders and the car just won't start. She trys to start but wont.
