How can I get the Stage 2 factory tune out back on?

Well, the stage 2 was put on by a dealership up in North Carolina back in 2006. I purchased the car from the original owner with 1500 miles on it. He was getting deployed and had to get rid of it. So I got a steal on the deal since it was basically new and already had the stage 2 on it.
So I wasn't the original purchaser, but it was definitely the official GM stage 2 kit, and installed by a dealership.
I'm starting to doubt I'll be able to get the dealership to do this though. You sound like a MUCH more knowledgable tech than any of the guys I've spoken to at my dealership down here. I feel like if I go in there and try to explain what needs to be done, they'll be completely lost
