HP Tuners Explanation?
Can someone please give a good explanation of what HP Tuners can do for a Stage II SS? I hear this mod throughout a lot of the forums, but don't quite understand what it is or how it works.

It's a tuning tool. It allows you to tune the ECU on your own. It plugs into your car and into a laptop and you go from there.
