Free Zz Puller Rental ! ! !
I have a ZZ performance puller I bought back when I did the pulley change on my car (mid march) and it sits in a box, waiting to be used.
I will rent it to people for free + shipping and a deposit, which will be returned upon receipt of the puller.
PM me if you want it.

That's a very noble idea. Although, I'd charge about 10 bucks per rental. This way you can make back a bit of the cash you spent to buy it. I'd say $10+ shipping is extremely fair.
Free+shipping is just nuts. Heh.

Nah, enough people hate me on this forum already, I'm just trying to help people out.
And yes, I did change my pulley by my self with basic hand tools, and I am 16.

what if. uthinkimodd gives you a deposit and pays shipping to him, then Remz sends him the same deposit and shipping, then DJinAC sends rems deposit and shipping... and so on. then you get it sent back from the last person, and then send them the original guys deposit. so it will save everyone shipping on sending it 2 ways everytime.
plus it will be at AC in NJ last, and I can go do the swap with DJin AC and do mine at the same time, and pay the shipping to send it back to you. so we would all save.

Anything works for me, as long as it doesn't get stolen forever and I completly lose my 100$ I spent on it.
I have it ready to go to the first person that wants it, I'll even include a new tube of Anti-Seize.
The hardest part about changing the pulley on the cobalt is the tensioner arm.

Well it's not on a bolt, so you have to find some way to push it down and release the tension. I just used a large screwdriver, which I wedged against the arm and up against the lug on the engine block, and pushed it down, at which point I just slipped the belt off the s/c pulley.
