Installed new brakes+rotos all aound now very spongy brakes

just replaced all the brakes on my car with ceramic pads and drilled & slotted rotors. i done them all the same time. rear caliper pistons i twist and pressed back in, front just pressed right in. now i have a very spongy peddel, i can press the peddel right to the floor and the car will only just slow down. never touched anything with any fluid.

any suggestions??

Check for leaks, then bleed them.

Bleed them anyway, and check your brake fluid

ok. fluid is good. i just took the rear off i had them installed wrong, theres a pin on each inside pad thats suppose to line up with the groves in the piston. anyway, i had to change the pads because they were worn out in about 5 km worth of driving. there better now but still not good. i can be driving 100kph and start to come onto the brake hard, when i get down to about 50 i can stand on the pedal and it will go to the floor and the car will not lock up and abs will not kick in.

Did you mess with the abs sensors, damage them in any way?

Just bled the brakes, no change. Took all new parts back off and put all old stuff back on, no change. Do the rear calipers have to be turned back counter clockwise after being turned clockwise to be compressed?
