CobaltBurst 05-18-2006 06:09 PM

does the phase 5 work on 06's? its not listed in the drop down...

Tomtwtwtw 05-18-2006 06:10 PM

Very nice. :twothumbs

Bad GTP 05-18-2006 06:16 PM

Please note that we're going to hold off a little bit on the '06 Redline PCM's, since we haven't had the opportunity to dyno tune one yet. With the availability of HP Tuners, any vendor can start shipping PCM's immediately, but the right thing to do is invest the time and money for a custom dyno tuning session first. If you have an '06 Redline with stock airbox and want to volunteer for this, please email me at ScottC@INTENSE-Racing.com.

FAST06SS 05-18-2006 06:16 PM

Hell of deal!!!!!

maxpit 05-18-2006 06:18 PM

What are they using to tune the PCM?

Bad GTP 05-18-2006 06:22 PM

We use a combination of GM SPS, EASE, HP Tuners and our hand-built electronic P.I.M.P. That stands for PCM Interface Module Prototype.:)

Blown 4-banger 05-18-2006 06:22 PM

Well... IM SELLING EVERY THING I OWN EXCEPT MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED TO SAVE UP 1000 BUCKS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! ANY DONATIONS ARE WELCOME

CobaltBurst 05-18-2006 06:22 PM

n/m i see the 06 now :)

You’ll want to invest in some sort of scan gauge to monitor KR and have a better understanding of everything when you run this much boost.

and whats a KR? Will you customize the ECM to our current mods, like intake/exhaust/header??

Blown 4-banger 05-18-2006 06:26 PM

yeah I wanted to know that too. I know what AFR is but not KR?

M88ArRamadi 05-18-2006 06:28 PM

$1,000?!?......SOLD!! I've waited for this (PCM+higher Stage kit) for too long now. Thanks Guys:twothumbs

KR = Knock Retard

BlackSS/SC 05-18-2006 06:33 PM

KR is short for Knock Retard. The PCM retards the timing when it detects detonation. Can be very bad and wreck and engine quick if it's bad enough. The knock sensor in the engine block is set up to pick up certain noise frequency in the block that could be knock.

arsenal21 05-18-2006 06:45 PM

How much would it cost for an install by you guys in Plain City, like Intense Stage 5?

FLCobalt 05-18-2006 06:49 PM

awesome to think for $1000 bucks i can have a car almost as fast as an evo.

FLCobalt 05-18-2006 06:51 PM

so where are the dynos?

l Sh1ft l 05-18-2006 07:02 PM

210$ more for 10hp and 15 torque and 2 pci of boost... I'd go w/ stage 4 if it was me.

Blown 4-banger 05-18-2006 07:03 PM

Yeah I was lookin for some dyno sheets. Also the cars that were tested, were they stock, or did they have other mods (intake, exhaust ect.)?

l Sh1ft l 05-18-2006 07:04 PM

I might be a little off today lol but how exactly do these kits work? Whats in them? I clicked and couldn't figure it out.

plyboy-illest 05-18-2006 07:13 PM

those are some really kick ass #'s

BooSSted 05-18-2006 07:14 PM

I am looking at the Stage 4 kit, However I already have the Pulleys and the Oversized Tensioner pulley. I don't need the machined snout either. How much would the kit cost without these items?

All I realy need is:
Injectors
ECU
Wiring Harness
Plugs

What do you use the Supercharger oil for? Just oiling the rotors? or is it used when re-installing the snout?

BooSSted 05-18-2006 07:25 PM

Quick calculation came out to approx $410 Can you verify that for me! If you can sell it for that price for just those parts I will cancel my GM Stage 1 order and buy this one.

Also, Does your PCM increase the rev limit at all?

GSoccer24 05-18-2006 07:42 PM

so the old Stage 3 kit is gone with the wind? dumb question but i assume if i wanted those parts, i could just piece it together, or do you guys not recommend that setup anymore??

just asking, maybe i haven't read enough yet...

Bad GTP 05-18-2006 07:45 PM

so where are the dynos?
We've posted several of them on this message forum in the last couple of days. Tomorrow we'll try to add the respective charts on each Stage page.:cssNET:

How much would the kit cost without these items?
Each of the items in every stage kit is available a la carte. Just click on the link for each item, and you can see the pricing for each.:)

I might be a little off today lol but how exactly do these kits work? Whats in them?
Each Stage kit has different contents. If you click on the Stage 1 kit, you'll see a list of it's contents, etc.

those are some really kick ass #'s
And they're conservative too.:D

Bad GTP 05-18-2006 07:47 PM

so the old Stage 3 kit is gone with the wind?
We've replaced it with our new and improved Stage 3 kit.:)

dumb question but i assume if i wanted those parts, i could just piece it together, or do you guys not recommend that setup anymore??
Yes, you can still piece together anything you want. We offer all the contents of each kit a la carte.
