Interceptor Misfires

So... I started my car this morning for school and went down my street but as i turned i looked at my interceptor and it said 32 misfires I didnt feel any kind of bog or stutter or whatever, it was normal. and now it consitanly says 2 misfires right after i shift into 2nd on normal driving. I dont feel a performance difference when it does that either.

What could cause this? or is the guage not reading right?

I haven't had many performance mods done to my car, and sometimes it shows 1 or 2 misfires randomly on different cylinders when im shifting gears. I always figured it was a misread and the misfires aren't that frequent.

An extremely random misfire is probably nothing. Maybe fuel filter.

well, even at 4,000rpms, 20 misfires is only about a quarter of a second.
