M90 Swap Revisited
yea.. boosting over 14 psi on a m90 is asking for trouble.
also to note... the m90 may very well be 5.xx" tall.. but you NEED an adapter plate for the correct bolts which is going to be at least another 1/2"

Somewhere either here or on RLF i did all the flow and parasitic loss calcs and basically even on a race head and cam ud maybe start to see a 5hp gain over a m62. And that was a m90Gen V...not a m90 gen III like u have. On a m90 gen 3 u wont see a gain ever. On a m90 gen V You may see a gain of 5hp but only after spending 4k on a head setup...and thats still a big if...IIRC u had to stay under 12psi to see any gains.
