As far as running rich, Yeah lol, I'm gonna try to talk to Tag. Its extra rich revving though, cause of the unburt gas when rev limit kicks.

There is some power increase but only at like 5k and hgiher, It seems like it sucks power from lower.
I'm gonna take it to the dyno soon to do an on an off, I'll give it to you guys.
The cutout is after the cat.
I have to put the turndown pipe on it, Having dificulty with fiding the correct nut thread, Hard to explain but I will get it. I think that may tone it down a little and since it will actually exit through a pipe might give me some more usable power than just the opening.

you will lose some low end torque when it is open. That is what you are feeling. are you running rich? LOL!
Do you have a little switch in the car that opens and closes when you desire? If you are losing torque in the low range maybe you can have wicked fast reflexes and open it when you hit that upper range? eh eh? haha
