any who back to the manifold
sorry to rock your world, but the twinscrew is sent out on the smallest pulley that you can run without overspinning it. 2.7 pulley, remember? and it didn't even break 300whp. While the TVS has already been proven to make over 300whp without meth on a slightly larger pulley, 2.75. Remember? And, the tvs still isn't even close to being overspun. lsjwannabe tried out a 2.5 pulley, but the flow and the boost was too high for a stock internal engine. That shows you how much of a joke the twinscrew is. Not only that, but it's over a 1,000 dollars more expensive.

BTW, don't compare some newb drag racer's quartermile time and relate it as "but the tvs has only gone 13.1 so far!" Give me a break, let me slap a TVS on my car and I promise you'll see 11sec times.

well, considering what lsjwannabe has told me about his tvs info, I think it is completely possible, just I'm not sure if it's actually been done yet. 2.5 pulley makes close to 30psi, I would imagine with a built head that can handle the flow, you could easily make well over 350whp.

is it even a self-lubricating system? Or do you have to drill into the oil pan?

I'm sorry about cluttering up the forum, but people DO need to beware. Like I said before, I won't throw money in for R&D but I will buy a proven product.

they have to prove it somehow man. i'm not contradicting you, because i've seen what you have done with your car. it all has to start somewhere, and i personally don't mind helping out.

They could very well make a killing off of this if they do it the right way.

it's true, if this mod is done right, it could be one of the single best for the LSJ, seeing how cooling is the biggest issue.

there are already other intake manifolds in the works. I understand that RAW's could be a great design, but there's isn't going to be the only option.

yea, the other ones are modified stock ones, but I'm going to remain skeptical until I see a cad design or something.

mine car isn't paid off, but I'm not worried about it.

Just curious because i love seeing fully modded cars get repoed. Why dont these guys just test the unit themselves , they have one already built!!!!!!!!!!

I know of one that will be released soon. Like within the next few weeks. They are trying to get dyno/track and flow charts with proven IAT drops before throwing it out there for everyone. They are doing it the "right" way.

This one is also a modified stock manifold - albeit, highly modified.
