Check your ground that goes from the block/transmission and attaches to the body underneath the drivers side headlight. Make sure it is tight on both ends and making good contact.

The grounds seam to be ok and tight I will check them again and maybe try cleaning them, I also replaced the front main crank seal but I don't think that would cause the problem...

Most certiainly related to something you did. Probably something simple so get in there and inspect everything you went through, don't assume and skip stuff too. A service procedure for that code may lead you in the right direction also. You'll also need to do the relearn procedure but the engine should be running for that.

Don't forget to check all your fuses first

I have went back over every step I did... I checked all fuses by eye but I will be getting a tester and testing the fuses... the car ran great before the clutch replacement and had no CEL after I got it all back together it won't start and CEL for a crankshaft position sensor...

Make sure all those little bolts that connect your fuse box to your harness are tightened as well as the ECM connector. Easy to accidentally miss one.

Any chance you pinched your crank sensor wire? Did you trace it through the harness and make sure it is in good condition? Maybe inspect the pins on the ECM as well make sure one didn't get bent over or something like that.
