-Intense stage 6
-exhaust??-not sure on what brand

A lot depends on how much performance you want to gain because all three options will yield different results. How much power do you really want?

no harm no foul.
i was just kind of putting a feeler out to make sure....
we sometimes get newer people with 2.2s who want to put "GM stage 2" on their car.

I would go option three but I would add a new clutch and axles to that list. Plus some instrumentation to monitor what's going on. You atleast need a wideband and a interceptor and EGT gauge wouldn't hurt either.

While you are that far into a build up you might as well go all out and get new pistons and studs too and throw down about 350hp.
