Better not ever say that again...I got flamed by like 30 ppl for saying that in one of my threads. Eventhough it was on this site that I've previously read that belt slip can cause overboost. It might be ur bbv tho, could just be slow opening/closing

I would also assume that ur in 2nd during said 40 pull? If ur in 3rd, its not gonna jump straight to peak boost. But I'm guessing I pretty much didn't need to ask that...at least I hope not lol

its a long shot but it could just be back pressure at the higher rpm. more than likely its completely normal. i think i remember my 2.7 going from 15 and climbing at most 1psi or so

car is boostiong just fine you dont hit specific peak boost for a certain pulley size until around 5800ish RPM
catless? you say vibrant down pipe.... or watch you tube vids of other peoples setups and choose that way bro

Yep, my TVS shoots to 15-16 then climps to 20-21ish by redline. I believe it's just how these blowers work. RPMs = Boost. If you want more, pulley down lol. 2.6" feels nice and strong on a M62.
