Well i've been swapped for over 2 years now so I guess i'll join this deal. I've done everything myself from the clutch, to the turbo setup that has now been changed over 3 times now, to the head that I just finished last week. I have a few pictures of my setup i'll post up.
Right now I'm on a turbonetics TO4e to hold me over and the new stainless ZZP manifold port matched to my head. Fresh ported and polished head with ferra valve springs all new valve guides and seals, 272 cams, ARP studs, and a 5 angle valve job. I miss the 3076r. She finally blew apart and hit the housing after well over 50,000. I had bought it used with 20k hard miles on her, it had an .82 ar turbine housing and it used to pull like a train up top. I've never been on a dyno but I will next year when the 7670 efr comes in and I get a real mans tune.
Hopefully by next year i'll have a shep transmission as well whether or not i have followers haha
Anyways... here are some pics of my baby
Before I cleaned up the block and dropped in the other head.
I know I know she was dirty in these pics, but it had sat for over a month when I took them.

Thanks again John. As far as your intercooler piping goes, i'm guessing its aluminum, and just a quick sand with 400 and maybe finish with 6 or 8. I wouldn't get too carried away with the grit you don't wanna scratch it too deep to where you have to keep sanding forever to get the lines to not show through the paint. 220 might be a bit much

Nice. Yeah i have some work to do as well. Retime my cam sensor, weld a cat in my downipe for inspection reasons, after i knock it out of course, lol and make my exhaust so I can be all ready for a tune. And if i feel ambitious wire in some new gauges and switch hid's!
