How about WSFraizer. I think he made 358whp on a stock motor. He made a dyno thread but I can't seem to find it now.
WSFrazier = my car/his toy

345 was the one I remember, but he did 3 pulls I think. I'll look. Search TVS E85 Dyno, I think that's what he called the thread.

Area's 360whp pull was done on the stock block....

374whp was with the head work, pistons, etc.

No lucky him. I still haven't gotten to play with the car. I won't with full power either, no E85 at any of the real tracks around here. He got to have fun, I got the car back with a HUGE dent in the fender cause he got mad when he snapped an axle at the strip.

I can't believe zrated89 hasn't chimed in this thread yet. He's gotta be laying down some good numbers. Not to mention he's also now dropping pulley sizes and running E very soon too.

That seems like pretty minimal gains with a PH.

352 with a huge KR spike! I'll give him 345.

if you think your gonna get a bunch of power with a ported head and stock cams your thinking way out in left field the sock cams cant lift the valve far enough open to take advantege of the opened up port but for the hp pickup it isent bad

I realize that but we are talking dyno numbers. If you want to talk track numbers zrated89 is the man to beat.

i should have plenty of fuel others have made this same set up with less fuel mods and have idcs in the 90% range i should be lower then that
with a 320 lph pump i should be able to run up to a 60 base psi(not that i would idle would be terrible)

Agree to a certain point. The 14whp difference is really not as important as the improvements across the entire curve.

Well it depends on the octane rating of the race fuel. Anything less then 100 and E will dominate. Anything more and race fuel will burn a hole in your wallet.

if your using e you can have a rstf with a 1 to 1 rising rate regulator and 80s still wont be enough you i dont care if you have 320 lt/hr pump the injectors just wont spray enough fuel you will have a better chance of it on c16 vp but the pistons wont take the heat for a very longtime the reason a turbo swapped lsj will handle more hp on stock stuff is the turbo isent going to produce near as much heat as a the tvs is going to you will need to be a 2.6 pully to even come close to 360 and that is alot of heat to deal with

actualy a 14 hp pickup on a set of stock cams is pretty good also considering the port was more then likely just matched to a stock ex gasket which isent all that much bigger over stock

you are right e will dominate on 100 octane or less but if you want to get of the porch your gonna have to put that fire in your pocket out

My reasoning for a single pass and possibly distilled watervpreblower to keep temps down. We will how the single pass itself will do first
