[QUOTE=Bluelightning;6431810]You already have all the supporting mods so I would pick up a used TVS if I were you. If you are 30 minuites away for meth and E I would run meth. Just buy 5 gallons at a time and run 50/50. It would last you a while.

No I hear ya and you guys are def swaying me to just getting a used TVS and believe me I wouldn't mind going that route, Its just honestly I got beat today by a sick Mercedes Benz and it pissed me off and realized that I need to upgrade in one way or another, Blue you def have a valid point about the supporting MOD's, But its almost like a whole new setup with needing 80's, TVS, METH, Cause If I get a TVS I will want to run prolly a 2.7 and I'm just assuming that I'm gonna need additional cooling for that pulley size, Also scared about spraying pre-blower as I've heard horror stories about the bearings in the TVS.

Since you guys pretty much all have the TVS, In your HONEST opinion is it REALLY Worth the Money? I mean your at least looking at $1,200 Used and it makes what Approx 30WHP over the Eaton? Correct me if I'm wrong.

You can run 60's on pump gas. The best cooling you can run is water/meth. Heat exchanger, dual/single pass arent crucial but nice to have doing back to back pulls. But you already have them so you are set. Don't be scared about running meth through the TVS. There are people that have blown bearings not running meth through it. I've run meth through my M62 for 2 years. Zero issues and the coating on the rotors is still mint. But if you buy a brand new one it will void your warranty.

It's worth it, even if you're conservatively tuned, it pulls like a mother

I have a heat exchanger and duall pass, not installed yet, lazy,

I just replaced my IC pump, using a 2.7 on the TVS with methanol a pull from second all the way into fourth, IAT2's get to about 130..
Drop back down to 80 (25* above air temperature) within a minute after the pull..

The cooling mods aren't really that necessary, unless you're doing back to back pulls.

I disconnected the sensor in the header and plugged my wideband into there. Is that ok? LOL

The stock sensor on the downpipe is after the cat, so it would be useless to plug the wideband in there.

I get a CEL, clear it with the interceptor.. good to go until i turn it off and on again. LOL

see that hose on the back of the valve cover that runs over to your intake well that creates a vaccum draw in the valve cover. with the breather in place and that hose still hooked up your creating a big vaccum leak. now the engine is pulling unmetered air in through your breather

"Chrome Valve Cover Breather that simply replaces your oil cap on your valve cover. Used to let air into the crank case on supercharged engines or to vent crank gases on engines with aftermarket power adders."

Then why would ZZP sell it if it's only going to cause problems?

It does say it's a must have for a turbo converted car.

But also says it's useful for supercharged engines.

I understand how it can create a vacuum leak, i just don't understand why zzp would sell it, or why it would even be made in that case.

you should remove the breather filter and run a catch can

or remove the breather line and run just the filer

either way the filter still wont because the pcv in the head
