I have an 06 ss/sc stock m62 car has a gm stage 2 with factory recalibration tune. Exhaust is stock. The car runs great, has plenty of power oil has been changed at regular intervals while in my posession. I have no explanation for this code, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the same and knows a potential solution for my issue. Thanks.

 

try checking wiring to the sensor if that is good swap it out and try posting in the correct section its called problems and service

 

Ok thanks I will check that. Just did a compression test last week 185/185/185/185 and a vacuume test which presented no leaks. Is that a high compression? I knew it was a bit over but wasn't convinced it was an issue. Might rip my head off and inspect my valves, seen a post that said someone turned up a cracked valve from this code. Think I'd have noticed it tho

 

190 to 210 is ideal but in reality anything above 180 is going to be good there Is no need to remove the head at this time so don't fix what is not broken
