If you want 600 with a big turbo you better get creative.

As far as injectors, you need to calculate your BSFC and measure that at IDC of 80%

For example, if your BSFC says you need 320lb/hr, you would take 320 divide by 80 (for your %) then multiply by 100. So you would need 400lb/hr, now divide that by 4 (number of cylinders) and you get that you need 100 lb/hr injectors.

Similar math for your fuel pump, if you do the math at 75-80% then you have a good ceiling for expansion. Just get all of your conversions right , things are measured differently by each manufacturer i.e. lb/hr, gph, lph, cc/min etc.

If you want to have a discussion about how to get that turbo spooling faster and other tricks, PM me and Ill fill you in on everything I have done as I have tried pretty much everything and have had some success and some failures.

I cut my spool down from 6000rpm to under 4000rpm on the BW S366XL

PMing^^ good guy to know

Anyone know anything about zzp's stage three turbo cams? They have specs for stage two and I know a few people with them but I have heard nothing about the stage threes. I wonder if they would be hard to DD on?

I have a Defi egt gauge that I like. They are like $240 for that one. And yes, straight from Comp is cheaper.

I use an AEM one, but as long as it is accurate is what matters

So now I'm thinking:

ATI
Johns bolts
Valve springs
Reverse split cams

And see how far the BRFPS will take me fuel wise . With all that I probably won't be able to swing anything else fuel wise like pump(s).

Glowshift egt gauge and treadstone turbo blanket ordered! Second thought, I have a tripple pod and a dual on the gauge cluster. Where should I put this single gauge? I'm thinking of making a mount for behind the steering wheel kinda between the two other gauges. Any suggestions?
