Yeah, thats why I told you. Not sure exactly what made it go but ill keep you updated for sure so it doesnt happen to you. Hopefully it was just a bad pump and it wasnt some other underlying problem.

Not our pump. One off zzp but could be the same way.

This pump supports very high horsepower, but there have been known issues with these pumps overheating in daily driver cars. Aeromotive will not cover these under warranty so this should be intended as a "race only" fuel pump!

Good old tried and true 255 walbro here. Deatchwerks has been getting better recently, I'm still a little iffy at times. Great customer service to my subie friends though.

So bad and good news: The bad, head gasket is leaking so thats another 500-600 to fix. F**k me right?
the good: Tim had it on the dyno and when it started leaking and it was really rich only revving to 7k it still make 335 so hopefully when its all said and done ill at least hit that 350 mark. Its already making 70 more than the m62

Just read through your thread. Nice build here!

Man that blows. Do they know why it started leaking? Bad install?

They arent sure, but they are going to check out a few things tomorrow. It just sucks because I had the bad pump and this head gasket installed less than 2 months ago. Hopefully this is the extent of the problems.

Im guessing they threw a base map on it and started making sure it was mechanically sound before pushing it, and found out that it wasn't, so they didn't go forward with anything. I wouldnt worry too much about it.

Oh good point. I KNOW DYNO NUMBERS AREN'T EVERYTHING, however, if I dyno that low I will have to punch babies.

That is all.
