with the 2.6 pulley, you are definitely going to want to get cooling mods. I wouldn't even drive the car without cooling mods.

Cobra heat exchanger, meth injection

ok so what size pulley can i get that wont require a cooling mod??

C0baltWithM0ds 04-15-2008 05:01 PM

it dosnet matter. having a secondary heat exchanger should always be a potential add on its just benificial over all your mods and it keeps the car cooler. supercharging + cooling=:twothumbs

3.0 inch pulley without cooling mods, 2.9 you can get a way with it, but any lower you really SHOULD have cooling mods to run everything safely

^^^^^^ Thats is all you need plus a very good tune.

Cool it off fast.

2.6 is very extreme on an SS/SC

I'd think getting cooling before everything is a great idea.

Increases the longevity of the vehicle.

Realistically to be safe, you want cooling mods even with the stock pulley.
