It was on Facebook.
The guy suing him post up with his attorneys contact information asking people that have dealt with Rudy to contact his lawyer. Two people had bought transmissions; one blew. A couple more people had Paypal claims against the dude and won. Lots of people had bad dealings with him and bailed. A vendor posted up that FMSR was caught repackaging their parts as his own. It was a mess and hysterical. In other post Rudy tried to defend himself and I tore him apart. He blocked himself from the group and me now; again. He said FMSR is moving to Gainesville so I found the location (an abandoned, repossessed, towing yard) that is actively for sale. Rudy claimed the new shop had all of these bays, etc. I shoved that down his throat. He told me I wouldn't say these things to his face. I told him his new "shop" is an hour from me and that I would be there for him to prove he was real. He blocked the group, me, and then deleted all of the info about Gainesville from his website immediately.

Hennessey had some hard times. They sold a bid. Took the customers car. They removed parts they were going to replace with their parts, but sold them to get the money to make their parts to install. The parts they sold the customer never existed until they sold the parts coming of the customers car to get the money to make them lol.
You always decided if you want stock parts back before hand.
