Stock Boost Gauge
 

i recently put a new radio in my 2005 cobalt.. and all of a sudden my gauge stopped working out of no where. never had a problem with it before the radio so im a little confused at this point. i dont see why it would just stop working... so im a little baffled

so by any chance would anyone know of a quick fix for it or something?

you probably accidentally removed the ground for the stock boost gauge (it's the one above the steering wheel right?). it ties in with the radio somewhere back there, pop the BG off the steering wheel and find the ground wire and see if you can pull it back through.

i put mine on since it didnt come with my car originally, instead of grounding it with the radio i grounded it underneath it on the floor, works like a dream. i had it grounded to a nut by the fuse box my first try and it'd light up but it wouldnt measure the boost and it'd reset itself.
