Ok so correct me if Im wrong here but dont we need to grind down our supercharger snout to run anything smaller then a 2.7 pulley?

And how much would I need to remove if I wanted to run a 2.6 pulley?

No.
I have the ZZP 2.6 on my m62 with their hub,
no grinding needed.

Just a pulley puller.

I know that every car is different and all that but how much boost are you on with the 2.6

Yeah it all depends on the hub and pulley style. I had to grind mine down to fit my 2.6" smooth flow pulley. As for boost there are so many variables to say you will make XX psi. I make 19 psi with my 2.6" pulley and current set up.

2.7-15.8 2.6-16.4 2.5- 17.9 2.4-19 all cars little diff but thats what i made per hp tuners, not the oem gauge.

Looks about right to me. I run meth through my blower so that bumped it up about 2psi. Without that I'd be in the 17 psi range.

I run meth aswell. I belive most diff come with how far your setup to rev out.
