supporting mods or stage kit

ok well i'm going to get the intense stage 4 but i dont know if i should get the supporting mods first or wait until i get the stage kit. Support mods means like full exhuast, gauges, new HE, and a freeze rail. or should i just jump into the stage kit. If i do get the stage kit now i'll have to wait atleast 2 or 3 months before i can work up enouch money to get anything else. so whatcha think, i have 1000 dollars where should i put it?

I'd say supporting mods, better to be safe than sorry. Don't forget traction mods as well. Best of luck!

yeah thats kind of what i was thinking but i wasent for sure. i think if i get my car running cooler that it will except the stage kit alot better...lol.... maybe i'll just skip the stage kit for awhile and get traction where i want it, and get it running a little better?

Yea, traction will be very important when adding all that power. I mean your not going to feel a huge difference in performance with the supporting mods, but when you get that stage kit on there, you'll feel it ;).

I'm in a similar delima, but I have decided to get my supporting mods out of the way. I figure to do it right and do to it all safely I need to get the supporting mods done. Plus I'm not 100% sure which way I'm going to go yet for the extra power. I may do an SC swap. Plus with the extra power things like mounts are paramount to get the power to the ground so it only makes sense to do them first so you can get maximum fun out of the new power. .

Good luck with whatever you choose!

#1 for sure is a good wideband.
#2 like the guys said traction, power is useless when it can't be put to the ground.
#3 air in air out. It's all about flow.
