So racelogic offers a traction control/ launch control/ wot up shift kit which piggy backs off of the cars ABS system.

What are the chances of GM performance division coming out with a kit such as this??

I know of the WOT box, but it doe snot offer traction control....

 

GM isn't ever going to come out with a kit such as this for the cobalt ss/sc.

Don't know, but probably not another kit out there like this.

HP tuners, you can limit boost in 1st gear. try it. Or go buy some damn tires. lol

For the launch control/traction control which comes standard on the 08 cobalt tc; what is the system linked through? Does everything go through the ECU or does it have a separate system? If it went through the ecu, couldn't you swap an 08 ECU cobalt into a 06 cobalt along with some lines (connections between ABS and control system) and have launch control/traction control on the 06 cobalt?

Um...therea a vendor that makes WOT box for the cobalt.

 

The WOT box does not give you traction control. Traction control gives optimum launch traction in any condition. No matter how good you are with your right foot, traction control is better.
