Turbo oil feed

Is there any good writeups about setting up an oil feed line on an LSJ/LE5?

I went to a port on the back of the head. Some people say that taping into those will lower the pressure from down the line. But, in my opinion I don't think the small amount of oil a turbo takes will not be compensated for in the system.

ive been running a friends car for over 2 years now with the oil feed from the back of the head with no issues. there is still 30-40 psi in the head, its plenty enough to feed the turbo and keep the lash adjusters pumped up without issues. others will tell you to take the oil feed off the side of the block by the turbo, thats fine aswell but you may find you need to run a restrictor in some cases.
