Buddy and me have been doing some belt searching. I'll post this list of what we found for those not wanting to look around. Going off of outside length since that's what we found GM seems to use.

All are 6 rib double side belts with a 20mm width.

Ac Delco #12585151-71.25in(1809.75mm) stock
Ac Delco #12597993-69.56in(1767mm) stage 2. Those are best answers to length we found

Dayco #6060792- 70.19in(1782.82mm). Stock replacement

Gates 060472- 48.5in(1233mm)
Gates 060519- 53in(1348mm)
Gates 060650- 66.125in(1680mm)
Gates 060674- 68.5in(1741mm) closet to stg 2
Gates 060702- 71.25in(1811mm) stock replacement
Gates 060718- 73in(1853mm)
Gates 060725- 73.75(1872mm)
Gates 060729- 74.25(1885mm)
Gates 060791- 80.375(2043mm)
Gates 060867- 87.875(2232mm)
Gates 060956- 95.75(2432mm)

I have my Tvs 1900 installed waiting on a few more things to finish up the fuel system and Ill have to post up some pictures on my setup the belt I put on mine (running a 3.5 pulley) was actually for a Volvo bug fits great with an oversized pulley on the tensioner

Tjolley has one but he seems to have migrated to facebook for some reason. All the 16 year olds get more excited about it over there i guess. He said he was going to make a detailed thread abouT it but i never saw him post anything.

That's funny, and sadly true. I can't believe someone would rather hang out there than here. Yeah there are more people who post, but some ( most) of the posts make me feel more intelligent than I really am. Those guys make me ashamed to own a cobalt so I try and not stay on there long.

Agreed.

I refuse to go on any Cobalt FB pages.

Most of the little kids with Cobalts in my area are on the FB pages. Their car's not only look like complete crap but are running just as crappy from the mods they think are making them faster.

If only they came on here to educate themselves. Oh well.
