As far as updates go, the next couple of months will be a bit slow. This is due to the onset of winter in Ontario (not able to get the car on the track/road for final tuning) plus the time for JBP to catch up on some of their other projects.
The car is still going ahead and we anticipate being there come opening track day next year.
As well as the other V8 RWD Cobalts out there racing.
Because that's where the fun is.......

i know to build a pro-mod or top alcohol dragster it costs around $100-150g, everything being new components. now about $50-75g of that is the powertrain (motor, trans, clutch, bellhousing, rear end, including the fuel and ignition system). the rest would be everything else in the car. that is also if the owner buys the chassis and body and assembles it all themselves, not paying anyone to do it.

Not a Sebring
Building a twin turbo RWD Cobalt drag car however.....not so much insight available. He's more or less paving his own path right now, so of course its gonna take quite some time.

Trust me I know all his builds. One of the biggest issue with the RWD build was getting this gypsy turbo setup working with the gypsy computer setup together as one. I'm wondering if this was one of the final tipping points for its plug being pulled.
