Anyone thought of running a bigger heat exchanger with the higher boost some of you are running? This would probably aid in more consistent times, especially when spinning the blower harder!

ive herd of changing some of the tubing to get a double pass thought the heatexchanger to help elaviate some of the heat, this is sopposed to make it run just as cool as if you upgraded it.

The LSJ intercooler system tremendously efficient.
If you're that serious, you MAY want to ditch your Air Conditioning condensor moving the Charge Air Cooler radiator to the front. You can also fabricate some custom mounts to space the exchanger/rad out away from the regular engine cooling system radiator a bit.
Other have done this with observed sucess via monitoring IAT1 and IAT2
