little background: I went to coin star today and cashed in over 600$ in coins. yes 600$ so i have about that to spend. This fund and my stg 2 fund are two different things.

Right now im looking at new exhausts and well im really not sure what i should be looking for. car is stock aside from K n N intake with stg 2 coming in a few months or so. Whats the difference from getting a head/downpipe with a catback and just getting an exhaust that hooks up to the stock down pipe.

 

whats the difference is better air flow out of the engine which leads to better horse power with out the car being tuned prolly about a 10hp gain for all of them 3in header and dp with 2.5 exit and 2.5 exhaust

^not necessarily 250whp, you would need a pretty happy dyno for that. I wouldn't waste money on getting the s2 kit, since you already have money saved for it, get the ottp stage 1 kit. More power, bigger injectors, and it is a lot cheaper. With the 600, a header and downpipe would be nice. With the extra money left over, invest in some cooling mods like a fmhe and the stu mod. Search around the forum a bit for more info on all this.
