Measuring Pulleys

The Pulley is measured over pins. So with out a fixture it is virtually impossible to measure a pulley. The industry standard is to measure the diameter over 2.5 mm checking pins set into the belt grooves. So the Stage 2 pulley is 77.9 mm diameter over the pins. It measures 76.16 mm to the top of the belt grooves.
