Where do you weld in a new bung???

I need to weld in another bung for wideband A/F, I weld it in before the CAT right? Any info would be greatly appreciated...

yes weld it in BEFORE the cat. i have mine welded in on the downippe about 3" BEFORE the cat also make sure the you have the sensor on the top portion of the pipe so that no unburnt fuel would ever be sitting on it

Anywhere before the cat, between the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock top portion of the pipe is reccommended. If not, the hot sensor will collect condensation and kill the sensor quickly. We don't have much room to go much higher than the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock position though :(

where does one put the wideband sensor if its a catless DP?

ussually 2-3 feet away from the manifold is normal. Turbocharged or high hp applications you can put it further away to prevent overheating and damage to the sensor.

AEM recommends 18"-24" from the head measure along the pipe. If the collector is further than that then right after the merge. Always in front of the cat if there is one. Anywhere along the TOP of the "clock" between 10 and 2.
