Seems like there is a bit of interest in the zzp entry turbo kit so I figured I’d do a little write up on the install and how it runs once she’s all done. I’ve already got the car mostly disassembled so I’ll only have pics of the new parts going in, which I guess is the more important part ha. My car is a RL that had stage 2 kit on it with 2.8 pulley and a long tube header, so I think this will be a great comparison for those with modded cobalts or ions looking to go turbo. I went with the basic turbo kit with just a k04. Im not looking for crazy power if I can land in the 300whp range I’d be happy. Which will be a nice bump in hp and should be an even greater bump in torque. Which is really what I’m after. Fattening up the mid range a good bit. I’ll post up some pics tonight of how you can expect everything to come.
