is anyone run a 2.5'' pulley on there 2.2

i got someone that put 3500$ on his engine and want and run a 2,5''.
he is cammed for SC

people say that 2.5 are good on light but create heat after second gear. heat pull out timing.
i beat him by a car with a unforged and a 3,1''.

i doutd about his cooling mod:
-duel and plate
-heat exchanger
-water meth: joseph doesnt know if it is working......

my ?s about cooling:

is the cooling can be run in any direction.
i thing is setup for his duel plate get 2 IN and 1 out. is it effecient.
his hose are bent. he doesnt use 90 and Y fitting.

i have a hhr 2.2 with a tvs on it. and i'm running a 2.5 he should be fine

if the guy doesn't know if his meth is working or not i can see this ending very badly lol...i can't see a 2.5" being very efficient on pump gas alone

but if you beat him with a 3.1" pulley something is definitely up

 

m62 with a 2,5''.

fully forged sure. JOSEPH can run his 2.2 over 7777 rpm easy. he is built for it.
