Please read the thread on this forum concerning SAI. It describes exactly what you are asking about.

Turbo or super is also a heavily covered topic. Look around for it. Turbo is the more widely accepted and supported option.

Halfcent PLZ add this to the Headers Section.
- OBX 4-1 Mid-Lenght Header
I know it's the same as pacesetter only in SUS-304 Stainless Steel

Don't go with the GMPP intake. Get an aftermarket CAI.

Cold air > hot engine compartment air

The patriot head has for sure gone on an 05-06 L61. the 07's and up have cam position sensor that isn't present on earlier L61. With no sensor the car will flip out

But....

I bet Patriot can do one of their typical head jobs on an 07-later head easily if you give them a core to work with.

SLP makes two exhaust systems for this car. Technically they're for the 2.0 LSJ, but they'll work just fine...

It will be fine. I'm not sure why they labeled it that way. The model years in that ad are wrong too. It should include 2005.

Does anyone have a list/site address of all available GMPerformance Parts? I saw a GMPP Aluminum Intake manifold on Ecotecforums.com. Just wondering if anyone here has seen it. I think the going rate on it was pretty steep, like 1200 dollars steep. But i guess thats what u get for a Racing application.

The Hahn manifold is a better product then the GMPP one. Cheaper too. But both are designed for forced induction applications. Is that your intent?

Yeah, figured i would just go Turbo and just save my self the headache of doing the LSJ swap i mentioned in a pervious post, Im just looking for around 250 to about 300 hp tops. Then i want to throw on a Carbon fiber hood and trunk, maybe some front and rear fenders if there's any for the cobalt at the moment and paint.
