looks good, sounds pretty decent too, but I would have went with an AEM dryflo filter since you guys all have a MAF and the oil likes to gunk it up. They make it in 3.5" diameter too.

off topic but does anyone know some things we can remove from the car (or replace with) to get some weight out of her?
I know the obvious things like spare tire, back seats.
I mean little things, like for instance the brackets that hold the head rests for the back seats, I don't have anyone sitting back there anyways so I might as well take those out.
Good for a pound or 2 I'd say.

There is no need for you to do that now, since you already eliminated that part of the intake by slapping the K&N Cone on there, u're all set.
But to let you know either way, u gotta remove the tire on the passanger side front.
Pull out the little black tabs that hold down the fender well and pull it back with light pressure. inside is the end of the intake u can't see from the engine bay, it's held in with a bolt or 2 and a plastic clip, should come out with 15 mins of work. it's a nice ugly plastic piece you can do without.
But to let you know either way, u gotta remove the tire on the passanger side front.

hehe....i have any extra airbox sitting in my room....ready to be swapped if my dad notice anything different about the car lol
