Check Engine light?
 

everytime i have the car off, and i put the key into it, turn it twice(just befor it's going to startover)
the check engine light comes on. is this telling me i need to actaully check it, or it is just because the key is on (the "on" engine part so it thinks the engine is bogged out or something, but its really not because you havent started it over?)
but when i do start over the car it goes away.

when you turn accessories mode all the lights come on and then go off? is that what your asking

That's normal. It is how you insure the warning (idiot) lights are working. If the lights don't come on when you turn the key to run, before starting the engine, then you have a problem.

Yup, your cars computer is POST-ing... (Power-On Self Test, completely normal.
