Minus the SS/TC, all the exhaust are the same for what bolts up.

exactly^^ i have a full SS/sc exhaust for under 150 and i can see some okay gains from it. but will be going with the zzp header and catted DP combo

boltedbalt Apr 17, 2009 07:49 PM

so will a pace setter header fit on the SS down pipe?

slowswap Apr 17, 2009 07:50 PM

Doesn't the Pace Setter require a custom downpipe because it's a mid length header?

mmm thats what i have been hearing....so does the SS SC header give good gains to a 2.2? thats kinda what im leaning too...

The SS/SC manifold will be better than the stock 2.2 mani. I have put them both together for a side - side comparison and there is a huge difference in port size and at the outlet at the connection to the DP.
They ( GM ) closed almost half the outlet on the 2.2 compared to the SC or 2.4 NA.
But a Clear Image header and DP will give you the BEST results. :twothumbs

yeah the lsj you will notice some gains

I'm in a argument right now on another site about this since the gains are not much swapping manifolds...go aftermarket header.

Does anyone have a SS SC header that i can buy for a decent price? I have the SS down pipe so i may as well just get the header to...!

bumps for a header for me!

Bump Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have an 07+, then you already have the 2.4 N/A / SS/SC manifold.

the pacesetter requires quite a bit of modification..
