jdn902's sc build

Figured i'd post up my build so far. i'm pretty close to having all the parts i need.
Have/On the way:
M62 Ottp heat exchanger
Lsj throttle body
Lsj exhaust manifold
stage2 belt
glowshift boost gauge
Lsj intake manifold
ZZP idler pulley w/ alt spacers
coolant pump brackets
coolant pump
lower intake manifold mount
cold air intake
60lbs injectors
innovate lc-1 wideband
glowshift oil psi gauge
lsj rad hose
le5 tb adapter harness
lsj downpipe

Need:
coolant pump pigtail
Exhaust manifold gasket
coolant resivior
intake manifold gasket
10+ feet of 3/4 hose
intake manifold hardware
lsj brake booster hose(do i need the actual piece or can i just get a length of hose that fits? and what size would i need)
coolant pump insulator
tb bolts x 4(do they need to be a certain grade or will any bolts that fit do the job)
sc bolt x 1
spark plugs
misc fittings,connectors,hose clamps
and my tune

i think thats it, anybody notice anything missing?

Bought the car bone stock, with the exception of audio upgrades.
Mods as of now include option racing catback, canuck motorsport lowering springs, 18" adr intense wheels, that's pretty much it aside from an ait zen body kit and some oem options.

thanks for the tip about the brake booster hose!
And climb i do follow your build, i'm actually on your fb as well....you know....cobalt owners haha. love the build!
also thinking of changing up the wheel color to something a bit different, too many red cars with white wheels started popping up since i put them lol.
need to spice it up a bit haha!

pretty excited about it all. Headlights arent done yet, waiting to order halos and leds for my demon eye and have to wire them. Hid kit should be here soon so i can get them level. Got the bumper for free basicaly, trading a sc coupler(nib) for it that i got in the box with my ttr mount and m62. Bumper wont be going on till i get a lip, i also dropped the zen front bumper off for repair and paint.
Cant wait to finish the retros

Also I'll be parting out an SC car with 65k in about 3 weeks when I go pick it up so if u need to wait and buy parts, I'll have a good bit of your need list for a good price.

dont mind the fender/bumper gap.its only ziptied atm, have to order new brackets. put it on because i was having some fitment issues that i just wasn't happy with after the fix. i'll fix it up and try again, but i think for now i like the change. but i need a lip. having the slots there annoys me
next is getting tires for my other 2 wheels and some new brackets for the bumper.
oh...i also bought this

original plan was to pick up a 2nd cobalt/g5 or ion and boost it for the gf, but i need a clutch for mine before i can install my own kit. so hers is up or sale

so i've severely slowed down on this build for a few reason, one of which is the money just hasnt been there to finish it up. i'm pretty much done for parts aside from fittins, plugs, clutch and tune but with 220 xxxx kms i'm a bit worried to throw boost at it haha.
that said i have been keeping an ete out for a motor to build. i'll probably end up boosting the car next season if it blows it blows.
i've got 2 options atm, i have 2 m62s, 1 with a 2.8 and the other is a stock pulley, i have 60s and a buddy just offered me an ais trunk mount meth kit for a great price.
kms aside, 2.8, 60s w/meth on a trifecta tune, how safe would i be haha. most of the blown 2.2sc builds i've seen have been 2.8 pulleys
