It would take more money than your car is worth to get to 250 WHP without boost or nitrous..

Of course it's possible. But trust me, if you had the money to build your car to 250whp without any power adders you would not have bought a base model cobalt.

i was thinking that the only way would be a rebuild. It would be cheaper/easier to supercharge than it would be to rebuilt it. Just suggesting to keep your mind open.

It's possible, but it would be way cheaper to boost it.

he didnt ask if it would be economical, and he didnt ask if it were to be "dumb" due to cost...he asked if its possible
is it? yes, it will be expensive and probly not very streetable when done, but yes
im pushing 180-190 right now with my n/a 2.2 and its a pretty rough idle and traffic sucks haha
but its what i want and its fun, so yes it is

by that logic, it's possible to run 8's n/a in a base cobalt. ANYTHING is possible with enough money. but there comes a point where i't just completely rediculous and doesn't make sense to do so

not to mention if he had that much money he:

1. Would not have to ask this kind of feeble minded question
2. Would have bought something a little more sporty if money is not an issue
3. Would be able to pay for his prescriptions refilled and not make a thread like this

well...not really. you're not going to get 1,000whp from an N/A ecotec... Money is a huge limiting factor, and having infinite funds will allow you to do a lot, but at the end of the day, the real limiting factor is physics.

yea, i know..im being a nitpicky ****...lol
