Looking for an exhaust setup

I'm looking for an exhaust set up from the engine all the way back, I'm not wanting anything real loud while doing normal driving but something that is gonna sounds good and throaty when I get on it. I just bought this 08 LS XFE for an extra car to have other then my SS so any help with this would be appreciated

I have a 2.25" Tsudo catback. Custom honed manifold and i'm getting my LSJ downpipe tomorrow. Without the dp, the exhaust sounds awsome.

If this is going to be your daily driver then you want a GMPP touring catback.

No search button sucks period and it ain't just the wait either, if you just ever so slightly miss a certain key word or even just misspell a word, you're waiting for 30 seconds...'ef that search button, I'd rather google.

Back to exhaust, I'm a mild guy, I don't wanna roll around sounding like any other civic, I like to keep a deeper and more subtle tone, and I think that the slp series exhaust clips I've heard keep that sense of sound pretty well.

You didnt mention if your car had SAIR or not......

If it does Shiney Hiney Header, LSJ DP, GMPP Touring or ditch the header and stick with the other two, youll just need an 02 sensor bung welded onto DP.

If it doesnt, 1.625" CIA header/DP combo and GMPP touring

You forgot to say that you can't spell / type correctly in your last post. And also 30 seconds is much differant that the 3.002xxx that you stated the first time.

I am just here for the comedy... which never seems to end

I do agree with you on the note of the exhaust, it should be mellow. Most people prefer not being heard from two blocks away.

get a corsa sport or touring with lsj header and a LSJ dp. that will be more than enough.

thanks for the replies..guess is should of added that i did use the search button, thanks for the berating about that, and i couldn't find anything specific to what i was asking, IMO. I like the idea of the GMPP exhaust but i also used the search button for the SAIR topic too..couldn't find anything, what is that and how can i find out if my 08 has it? it is the XFE so i'm not sure if that determines it.

disregard that last post, found out what it meant..either way it don't matter to me, i can weld a bung into that, but i'll look for the SAI tomorrow when the sun is out

You dint have to search for secondary air injection (SAI), there is a stickey about SAI.
Secondary Air Injection on late production 2006 L61's
The only reason that it has 2006 in the title is because that was when it began, and many owners were having issues with it. I don't believe that significant changes have been made to the SAI system since introduction in 2006.
