Lscobalt07's 2007 L61 supercharged build

What's up everyone? I am starting this thread to announce and keep track of my build. I am installing a supercharger on my 2007 LS. The build should start on May 22nd. I already have almost all of the parts minus the tune and fluids. Here are some pictures of the car and the parts.

The supercharger with stock pulley, i'll probably repaint it because the paint didn't come out how I was hoping.

Question

Does anyone know the part number for the alternator lift bracket. I attached a picture below (not mine) of what I'm looking for. I have the pulleyboys tool and realized this is necessary to use the tool.

You can fit an open ended wrench onto the tab thing on the tensioner to release tension. Plus that will save you buying the tool/bracket.

Also from what I remember from my install that bracket didn't fit on because of the slight differences in the outside of the block.

Today I installed the intake manifold, injectors, alternator bracket, idler pulley, and moved the maf sensor harness. Here are some pictures:

I am just about finished with the project other than some small things and just have to get tuned. The car runs and doesn't have any CELs but runs very rich.

Today I was able to drive it around for a live tune and it started making a loud whining noise. The noise decreases as the vacuum decreases (approaching 0psi) but stays steady regardless of the RPM. It goes away when the engine is cold but starts to get louder as the engine warms up. I also have a vacuum leak but can't seem to find it using smoke or carb cleaner. Here is a video below of the noise.

Still hearing the sound when the car gets up to temp. Its not an issue with anything belt driven or the supercharger. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the intake manifold hoping it wasn't seated on the gasket correctly and bought a new injector rail to get the injectors to seat better, but the noise still comes back. I'm starting to think I should tap the intake manifold for M8 thread and get M8 bolts. Any input or ideas would be great!

hmm do you know if the supercharger has ever been rebuilt, serviced, or if the special oil inside has ever been changed?

Its not the supercharger surprisingly, I changed the oil before installing it. I picked up a spare one and it still made the noise when it got up to temp ~175* F. I removed the belt and the noise still existed so its not anything belt driven. I'm thinking it could be the manifold not seating on the gasket properly and or the pcv valve in the manifold.

I found the issue! The PCV line I had hooked up to where the SCIP sensor hole is makes the noise. Now I just have to find a new vacuum source so I can connect it.

The car runs and drives great, the tune is almost complete. I installed my spare supercharger with the 77.9mm (Stage 2) pulley and it roasts the tires through 3rd gear. But the hood decided to open while driving...

Ill be getting the glass replaced on Monday and the hood eventually.
