Ported LSJ Header

Hey guys boost not looking likely for a little while so im just gonna go complete bolt ons and a tune. If I port the lsj header it will be just like an aftermarket header right? Also does anyone know of a Intake manifold for us N/A guys? I want to go all bolt ons before tune.

TTR has an intake manifold for our cars. but personally id just go with a 2.4l intake manifold cuz its bigger than the 2.2's killswitch has a TTR manifold if u look at his thread on getting dyno'd but hes also turbo'd so idk what one would be more beneficial.

Yeah definitely just go with the 2.4 IM. That with a tune and 2.4 TB should give you some decent gains. As for the header, I'm not sure porting the LSJ header is gonna be comparable to an aftermarket header.

Many run and use our manifold on N/A setups...

No, it will not be just like an aftermarket header.

Will it provide some gains? Yes, but an aftermarket header will still be best.

So if i grabbed a midlength header and used the lsj dp would it fit better than lsj exhaust mani and dp?

No.

A midlength header & LSJ downpipe will not work (unless modified).

A midlength or long tube header will usually come as a combo with a downpipe.
