running injectors from a 06 2.0 supercharged cobalt to a 2.2 ls cobalt
i have a 2.2l cobalt its a 2006 i was wanting to upgrade the injectors. i have herd that you can take the injectors from a supercharged cobalt and will fit right in a 2.2l as anybody done that and was was the outcome did it make it better or worse any help would be great THANKS

so aside from whether you need them or not which you wouldnt unless you were doing quite the build...
it is a direct fit into the engine and fuel rail although you have to splice the original harness in with the new plugs for the injectors and you have it working.
i have done this on my car and so have those that have gone boosted, althogh you can also buy a set from one of the vendors that uses the stock harness.

cause the stages drops pulley sizes on a ss/sc or which raises the boost or on a tc, you allow more air to pass the wastegate, which means youre stuffing more air into the engine. and to keep the air fuel mixture right you up the injectors if need be. but the injectors are controlled by the computer to put a certain amount of fuel in at a given time. when the injectors are maxed out is when you go to bigger ones so you dont run out of fuel and lean out the engine and the engine wont go BOOM
