There's a larger bored TB on saturnmotorsports.com and I was wondering if anyone has tried it on their 2.2? I see no reason why it wouldn't bolt on, but since it's a performance TB, should I just go with the 2.2 instead of the 2.4?

might work.. if it was a 2.4 to a 2.4 im sure there wouldnt be anyissue.. same motor.. 2.4 to a 2.2 eh mabe lol

if its the one in the pic, then that looks like a cable actuated TB. And im sure a ported 2.2 TB is still smaller than a 2.4 TB, however, unless your going with a turbo or SC, you really dont need a bigger TB, and the ported one will work fine.
TTR sells a ported 2.2 TB...i believe its 62mm

yea thats tru.. unless you are going to add a compressor then a bigger throttle body isnt going to give you any gains at all
